Extra Curricular

At Ridgeway Primary School and Nursery, we offer a wide range of extra-curricular clubs to children in Years 2 - 6.

We try to offer a variety of clubs to capture the interest of a wide range of children. Previously, we have run clubs such as Netball, Football, Basketball, Running Club, Dance, Art, Coding, Choir, Street Dance, Chess, Cookery, Science, Clay Modelling, Sewing, and Board Games, to name a few! Each year, we hope to, where possible, continue to offer popular options while introducing new clubs as well. Where clubs are very popular, we will try to re-run them to include as many children as possible.

Clubs are run by a range of people, including in-house staff and external providers. Clubs regularly led by external providers include:

Basketball - Years 2-5 - external provider,  iBall
Football - Years 1- 6 - external provider, AM Soccer  
Short Tennis - Years 1-5 - external provider, MDL Coaching

Lunchtime Clubs 

French Club - Le Club Francais

Spanish Club - Spanishtastic

Lunchtime sport sessions are also regularly provided by SAS Coaching.
